We can accept items for return or exchange as long as they have not been worn, washed, or altered.

Items we CANNOT accept for returns or exchanges:

Embroidered items
Items missing original tags
Items purchased more than 90 days ago
Any shoes whatsoever unless a defect is suspected

Instructions for Returning/Exchanging Items

When mailing returns, please include the following in your shipment:

A copy of the receipt
The item to be return/exchanged
A note with the following information
1. Your phone number
2. Your email and whether you would like to be notified when we have processed your return/exchange
3. Whether you would like to return/exchange the item. If you are looking to exchange the item, please let us know what you would like to get instead.
